LM-20	Concert Euphonium (large shank) CUP CHARACTERISTICS: Deep bowl, very comfortable rim. RIM CHARACTERISTICS: Width 6.5mm. Inner diameter - 26.6mm. THROAT BORE: 7.4mm. Model LM 20 is similar in design to the Wick SM3. The cup is similar to the SM3, but the throat has been opened up very slightly. The rim doesn't need to be as cushioned as the SM3 because the stainless steel is so much smoother. The extremely smooth surface of the rim allows the inner edge to be slightly sharper than a brass mouthpiece. This improves articulation clarity and note response time. This is sure to be a winner with euphonium players! NOTE: Euro/Besson shanks are also available.
