LM-88S	Commercial Trumpet .634 I.D. 28 drill CUP CHARACTERISTICS: RIM CHARACTERISTICS: THROAT BORE: The LM-88S is the same as the LM-T 85 and 81, but with a smaller I.D. and a shallower cup. It's inner diameter is comparable to a Bach 10 1/2 to Bach 12. This mouthpiece has a shallow V cup design. A fat, slightly rounded rim with the high point pretty close to the center of the rim. (Ever so slightly toward the inside the of the rim.) This mouthpiece has more resistance than the old Jet-tones providing more endurance, better projection and an easier high end. The sound is full and resonant from the very bottom of the range to the top. The back-bore is matched perfectly to the top to give you a balanced mouthpiece.
