Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated based on your specific location prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be able to view your specific shipping charges. LOUD Mouthpieces ships via USPS Priority Mail for both Domestic and International shipments.

Delivery times (from date of shipment):

Domestic (US) shipments: 2 to 4 business days

International shipments: 6 to 10 business days

What is your return policy?

Here at LOUD Mouthpieces, we want to make sure you have the best equipment for your performance needs.

Each mouthpiece is designed and custom crafted with this in mind.

We believe our mouthpieces are the best in the world, and have countless testimonials of how LOUD has transformed the individual performance experience.

That being said, we stand by our mouthpieces and offer this reasonable return policy:

You can try any of our mouthpieces for one week. If after 7 days, you still need to return a mouthpiece, we will refund your purchase price minus a $15 restocking fee per item. You also agree to pay return shipping charges including insurance and delivery confirmation. Mouthpieces must be returned in like-new condition.

When will my order ship?
  LOUD Mouthpieces is a custom mouthpiece manufacturer. This means, we manufacture the mouthpieces as purchases are made. We do try to keep a stock of mouthpieces, but quite often they sell as fast as we can get them made. Please be patient with us as we are growing at an unbelievable rate.

With this in mind, sometimes there could be a delay for manufacturing and shipping. You will be notified by email if the shipment delay will be more than a week (7 days).
In addition, you can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site

You will be notified via email when your order ships so you'll know it's on its way.
